Description
The Old Corn Store is a detached cottage, likely from the 18th century. It was originally shown as two cottages on the Tithe Map. The building features brick walls and a thatched roof, with a central brick chimney stack. It is one storey high with an attic. There are later single-storey lean-tos at each end, which have tiled roofs. A 20th-century brick porch with a gabled tiled roof is present, along with a ledged door. The ground floor includes one casement window with glazing bars, while the attic has one dormer with similar casements and two small windows located under the eaves. The cottage has a deep projecting plinth.
