Description
Yew Tree Cottage is a detached cottage from the 18th century. It features plastered walls and a hipped thatched roof, with a brick stack positioned just off centre. The cottage has one storey and an attic. The entrance includes a modern oak door set within a thatched porch. On the ground floor, there is one original timber casement window with lead lights, along with three similar modern replacements. The attic contains one half-dormer with original casements and two with modern replacements. There is a later rear wing that matches the style of the original building. Inside, the ground floor rooms showcase some exposed ceiling beams.
