Detached cottage. Probably C17. Walls part brick, part plastered. Hipped thatched roof, brick stacks on ridge. L-shaped plan. One storey and attics. Single-storey slate roofed lean-to extension to front projecting wing. Ledged door. Ground floor has one casement window with glazing bars. Attic has 2 dormers with similar casements. Internally, some deep chamfered ceiling beams on ground floor. RCHM Monument 26.
