Description
Castle Farm House is a detached farmhouse dating from the early to mid-19th century. The main walls are of ironstone with brick dressings, while the front wall is of brick in English bond, featuring burnt headers. It has a hipped slate roof and brick end stacks. A central pair of 20th-century glazed doors likely occupies their original position. The ground floor has two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, and the first floor has three similar windows.
