Description
Nos 12 and 13 Bladen Valley are a range of cottages built around 1920. The cottages have concrete block walls, tiled roofs, and brick chimney stacks, and they are two storeys high. No. 12 features a timber gabled porch with a part-glazed door, and on the ground floor, there are three casement windows with glazing bars. The first floor has four similar casement windows. In the center of the block, there is a built-up archway. No. 13 has a similar porch, with two casement windows with glazing bars on the ground floor and three similar windows on the first floor.
