Description
Nos 14, 15, and 16 Bladen Valley are a symmetrical terrace of three cottages built around 1920. The cottages have concrete block walls, thatched roofs, and brick stacks, and they stand two storeys tall. The centre section slightly projects forward, while each end features small projecting porches with thatch extending over them. Beyond the porches, there are one-storey extensions with attics.
No. 14, located at the north end of the terrace, has a part-glazed door in its porch and three casement windows with glazing bars on the ground floor, along with two similar windows on the first floor. There is one dormer in the extension with a similar casement window. No. 15, in the centre, has a door set in a recessed porch and two casement windows with glazing bars on both the ground and first floors. No. 16, at the south end, is similar in design to No. 14.
