Description
32, 33, 34 and 35 Mount Pleasant is a terrace of cottages, probably from the 18th century, located in East Lulworth. The cottages have rubble stone walls that are plastered, except for the west gable wall. They feature a tiled roof with stone eaves courses, a gable parapet at the west end, and a hipped roof at the east end. Brick stacks with oversailing caps are present. The buildings are two storeys high, with a single storey brick lean-to at the east end.
No. 32 has a ledged door, with a ground floor that includes one horizontally sliding sash window and a first floor with one casement window, both featuring glazing bars. No. 33 has a timber porch with a tiled gabled roof, and both the ground and first floors have two horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars. No. 34 is similar to No. 33 but does not have a porch. No. 35 is also similar but has three first floor windows. There is a stone boundary wall with brick capping.
