Description
Nos 1 and 2 are a pair of cottages, likely built in the 18th century and appearing to be from two different construction periods. No. 1 features brick walls, a tiled roof, and brick stacks. It is two storeys high and has a single-storey extension to the east, made of brick with a hipped tiled roof. The entrance has a ledged door, and the ground floor includes one casement window with glazing bars. On the first floor, there are two horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars.
No. 2 has rubble stone walls, a tiled roof, and brick stacks. It is also two storeys tall and has an extension to the west made of brick. Additionally, it has a single-storey brick extension with a tiled roof. The entrance features a ledged door with a glass panel. The ground floor has two casement windows with glazing bars, while the first floor has three horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars.
