Description

No. 30 East Lulworth is a detached cottage built in the late 18th to early 19th century. It features rubble stone walls that are colorwashed, and has a gabled tiled roof with brick stacks at each end. The cottage is one storey high with an attic. A brick porch with a gabled roof leads to a ledged door. On the ground floor, there are two horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars and one small fixed window. The attic includes a gabled dormer that has a similar sash window.
