On the ground floor, from left to right, there is a modern vehicular ledged door, three transomed and mullioned windows, a painted stone doorway with Doric pilasters and an entablature, a wrought iron lamp bracket, and at the right end, a six-fielded panelled door with a rectangular fanlight.
No 45 is two storeys with an attic and has four window bays, featuring a segmental headed dormer and two-light metal casements with lead glazing. The doorway in the third bay from the left has a moulded architrave frame and a moulded cornice on carved console brackets, with a door that has cover strips and ornate hinges.
