Description

Quatre Bras is a detached villa set in grounds, dated 1830 as indicated by a wreath above the front door. The building features stone walls that are stuccoed and painted grey, with a slate roof that is hipped at the north-west corner and gabled on the other sides. It has brick stacks with chamfered corners and a stopped dentil cornice. The villa is two storeys high and has five windows on the west elevation, which are 2-light wooden casements with marginal and horizontal glazing-bars, and stone cills. The garden front has three bays with 2-, 4-, and 2-light French windows, along with 2-light casements above. There is a 20th-century rear extension made of brick in stretcher bond.
