Gate piers and gates. Mid to late C18. Portland ashlar, timber gates. A pair of lofty, wide-spaced piers approx 0.6m square and approx 2.5m high, on a moulded base, with rich moulded capping and pineapple finials. The worked stops have small scroll tops, and a pair of plank gates to double-ogee curve tops is fitted. This gateway gives access to the stable block (qv) and the N side of Westbrook House (qv).
