Description

Nos. 1 and 2 Park Lane are two attached estate cottages built in the late 19th century. They feature rubble-stone walls and hipped slate roofs with boxed eaves, along with a brick stack at the center of the ridge. The cottages are two storeys high and have four windows with hollow-chamfered stone mullions, stone frames, and separate returned labels above. The windows are cast-iron casements with glazing bars, consisting of three lights on the ground floor and two lights on the first floor. The entrances are located at the left and right ends; No. 1 has a plank door from the 19th century, while No. 2 has a similar plank door with renewed weatherboards. Each cottage has a short rear range.
