Description

Sunnyside is a detached cottage built in the later 19th century. It features rubble-stone walls with a plinth and slate roofs that have gable ends and a tiled ridge. There is a brick stack at the ridge, located towards the right center, which is from the 20th century. The cottage is one storey high and has six windows, consisting of one and two-light cast-iron casements with glazing bars, stone voussoirs, and wooden cills. At the center, there is a porch with a gabled slate roof and a chamfered entrance that has a segmental head. The outer door is a plank design with two top lights, dating from the 20th century, while the inner door is a plank door from the 19th century. An outhouse is situated at the right-hand end of the cottage.
