Description
This is a warehouse, likely built in the mid-19th century and extended slightly later, located in Penryn. The structure features walls made of killas rubble with granite dressings and shallow segmental brick arches. It has dressed granite piers supporting weatherboarded and glazed bays on the upper floor, topped with hipped roofs mostly covered in scantle slate. The building has a rectangular plan with wings on the sides and rear. The main block is three stories high and consists of a three-window range with vertically-set glazing bars and random panes. The second floor has five bays with full-width similar windows between the piers, although the pier dividing the right-hand bays has been removed. The interior has not been inspected.
