Warehouse. Probably mid C19 and extended slightly later. Killas rubble walls with granite dressings and shallow segmental brick arches, dressed granite piers to otherwise weatherboarded and glazed bays of upper floor; hipped mostly scantle slate roofs. Rectangular plan plus wings at sides and rear. 3-storey main block is 3-window range with vertically-set glazing bars and random panes; 2nd floor is 5 bays with full-width similar windows between piers (pier dividing right-hand bays removed). INTERIOR: not inspected.
