Description

A pair of small town houses dating from approximately 1830 to 1850, located in Penryn. The buildings are constructed of granite rubble with segmental brick arches, and feature a steep dry slate roof with brick end stacks and cast-iron ogee gutters. They have a shallow-depth plan. The front is nearly symmetrical, with three windows on each floor. The windows are late 19th-century six-pane hornless sashes, except for an older four-pane hornless sash above the central pair of stucco doorways. The doorways are adorned with enriched consoles and moulded cornices, and have 20th-century doors. The interior remains uninspected.
