Description
This is a late 18th-century town house located on New Street in Penryn. Constructed of granite rubble with granite dressings, it features shallow segmental arches over the ground-floor windows and a steep concrete tile roof with brick end stacks. The house follows a shallow-depth plan and presents a symmetrical three-window facade. It has late 19th-century six-pane horned sash windows and a central doorway with a 20th-century door. The interior is understood to have been altered in the 20th century. It is one of a well-preserved group of houses stepped down the hill along New Street.
