Description
This is a warehouse known as King Appliance Service, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from killas rubble and features brick arches, topped with an asbestos slate hipped roof. The building has a rectangular plan and is oriented end-on to the river. It stands two storeys tall. The north hipped end, which overlooks the river, has a central blocked segmental-headed doorway, with a wide window above that includes vertical glazing bars and five lights of random panes. The left-hand return front has an original central doorway with a loading doorway above it, while other openings are later additions. There is an old four-pane sash window on the left side. The interior has not been inspected.
