Farmhouse. Early C19 or earlier. Rendered and plastered with slate roof gabled at the ends of main range, hipped at ends of south wing. The main range roof is cement washed with end stacks, the wing has end stacks.

T-plan, the east wing at right angles forms cross wing to the main range which is single depth with heated rooms on either side of a central entrance. The main range had C20 2-storey leanto addition at the rear. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front (south) elevation to the main range with a sloping slated porch carried on posts. Circa early C19 fenestration intact with tripartite sashes with small panes to the ground floor and 3 first floor 12-pane sashes. The east elevation of the wing is slightly asymmetrical with regular fenestration. Front door to left of centre with a gabled porch canopy and panelled front door. 3 first floor 12-pane sashes, ground floor window right a 16 pane sash. Small singe-storey leantos adjoin the front at left and right. Interior not inspected but said to be very unaltered and likely to contain features of interest. A good example of an unusually unaltered farmhouse with its circa early C19 fenestration intact.
