Description

NORTH HILL SX 27 NE 4/156 Manor Cottage and house adjoining on west GV II Pair of houses. Circa early C19. Stone rubble with granite quoins and dressings. Slate roof with gable ends. Brick end stacks. Plan: Pair of identical double depth plan houses, each house with a central entrance flanked by two principal rooms with service rooms across rear. Exterior: Two storeys. Pair of symmetrical two window fronts with complete early C19 sashes with crown glass. Each house has a C20 central door flanked by two 20- pane sashes, all with granite lintels and with 2 similar sashes on first floor. Interior: not inspected.
