Description
NORTH HILL SX 27 NE 4/144 Premises of W.A. Froud, butchers GV II Butcher's shop and house. Probably C19. Stone rubble, slate hung above ground floor. Slate roof with gable ends. Stone rubble and brick end stack on right. Plan: Probably a two room and cross passage plan with butcher's shop on left and small reception room on right. Rear not inspected so it is uncertain if there are service rooms to rear. Exterior: Two storeys. Almost symmetrical two window front. Probably C20 panelled door with C20 shop window to left and 2-light casement to right. Two 2-light casements on first floor. Interior: Not inspected.
