Farmhouse. Now divided into 2 houses. Circa early C19, partly remodelled in mid C19. Stuccoed and rendered stone rubble. Slate roofs with gable ends. Brick end and axial stacks. Plan: Main range on left comprising circa early C19 house, probably of double depth plan with 2 principal rooms on front heated by end stacks, stair to rear of central passage flanked by 2 service rooms. Circa early to mid C19, service room added in wing to rear of left hand room and extension of probably I-room plan, heated by end stack, added on right hand gable end. Later C19 extension added to rear of this wing and on right hand side. Exterior: 2-storeys. Regular 3-window front to main range, on front left with sashes and central mid C19 proch. 2-storey, 2-window range of circa mid C19 to right. Wing to rear left has a C19 timber polygonal plan bellcote on the ridge. Interior: Complete early and mid C19 joinery and carpentry details to main range.
