Description
This is a house located directly to the west of Watergate, dating from around the mid-18th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and features slate hung with painted rag slates. The roof is made of rag slate with gable ends, and there is a rendered stone rubble end stack on the left and a projecting stone rubble end stack on the right with a brick shaft.
The house has a two-storey, almost symmetrical front with three windows. On the ground floor, there are two horned 12-pane sash windows flanking a central 19th-century panelled door, which is sheltered by a lean-to wooden lattice porch. The first floor has two horned 12-pane sash windows flanking a smaller horned 12-pane sash window. The interior has not been inspected.
