Description
This is a small house dating from the 18th century, located approximately 25 meters east of Oak Tree Cottage in Perranarworthal. The building is constructed of shale rubble, with the ground floor rendered, and features slate sills and timber lintels. It has an asbestos slate roof and brick chimneys at the gable ends. The layout consists of two equal rooms on either side of a central passage that leads to a staircase, with shallow service rooms at the rear. The house is two storeys high and has a symmetrical southeast front with two windows and a central doorway that contains a two vertical panelled door. The windows are 19th-century hornless sashes with marginal panes. There is a single-storey extension on the left side that projects slightly forward. The interior has not been inspected.
