Lodge and gate-piers. Circa mid C19. Painted rubble walls, slate sills and scantle slate roof with wide eaves, wide verge to gable end left and adjoining Warehouse qv, right, listed in Mylor parish. Single-cell plan. Single storey. Symmetrical 3-bay 3-window south front. Central canted bay window with 12-pane central light and 3-pane sidelights, flanked by 16-pane hornless sashes. Interior not inspected. Slender cast iron gate-piers with moulded cornices to capitals and urn finial to most westerly pier.
