Description
The lodge and gate-piers, dating from around the mid-19th century, feature painted rubble walls, slate sills, and a scantle slate roof with wide eaves and a wide verge at the left gable end, which is adjacent to a warehouse listed in Mylor parish. The building has a single-cell plan and is a single storey high. The symmetrical south front has three bays and three windows, with a central canted bay window that includes a 12-pane central light and 3-pane sidelights, flanked by 16-pane hornless sash windows. The slender cast iron gate-piers have moulded cornices at the capitals and an urn finial on the most westerly pier. The interior has not been inspected.
