LANSALLOS THE WARREN, (north side), Polperro SX 2051-2151 5/127 House between Sunny Corner Cottage and Watchmans Cottage (previously 21.8.64 listed in group of cottages occupied by Mrs Barret, Mrs Roose and Mrs Harding, Warren Road) GV II

Cottage. Circa mid C18. Rendered stone rubble with scantle slate roof with gable ends. Large stone rubble chimney stack on right-hand gable end. 1-room plan with entrance to left. Built into side of steep hill. 2 storeys and attic with steps up to entrance. Asymmetrical single-window front. Ground floor with C20 partly glazed door on left and 4-pane sash to right. Above in centre, C19 4-pane sash. Large C20 flat roof dormer. Interior not inspected. Included for aroun value.
