Description

ZENNOR SW 43 NW 3/237 Trap house and stable at - approximately 25 metres south west of Higher Porthmeor Farmhouse GV II Trap house and stable. Circa mid-C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Half- hipped grouted scantle slate roof. Plan: rectangular plan with stable, left and trap house right, with loft over. 1-room plan single-storey C19 extension adjoins at far right. Exterior: 2 storeys. 1 window west front. Stable doorway left, partly blocked wider trap house doorway, right. Old ledged doors. First floor window/pitching eye, left of middle. Interior: not inspected. Part of an unspoiled coastal hamlet set in the ancient field system of this part of Cornwall.
