Description

Milestone located 220 metres to the west of Bravery, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of granite and has a rectangular section with a rounded top. The milestone is inscribed with the letter "B" and the number "6". It references the Turnpike Road Act for roads leading to Bodmin, which was passed in 1769 during the reign of George III.
