Description

Milestone located 100 metres to the north of Higher Lodge, dating from the late 18th century. This milestone is made of granite and has a rectangular shape with a rounded top. It is inscribed with the text: "B 3 Turnpike road act for roads leading to Bodmin passed in 1769 (9 Geo. III C.6)."
