Description

This building is a fisherman's cabin from the early 19th century, located on Loe Bar Road in Porthleven. It features painted rubble walls and a grouted scantle slate roof, with a brick stack at the left-hand end. The cabin has a one-room plan and is a single storey over a basement, with a one-window north elevation. The north elevation has an altered, possibly original hornless sash window on the left and a doorway with an old ledged door on the right. The opposite elevation includes a doorway and a window to the basement. The interior has not been inspected. This cabin is considered a complete and rare example of its type.
