Description
This is an 18th-century village house located on Loe Bar Road in Porthleven. The walls are likely constructed of cob and rendered, with a wheat-straw thatched roof and a brick stack on the right side. The house has a shallow-depth plan and a symmetrical three-window front. The first floor has an early to mid-19th century twelve-pane hornless sash window on the left side, and a horned copy window above the central doorway. On the right is a 20th-century four-pane two-light casement window, and the ground floor has 20th-century two-pane horned sash windows. An old ledged door has been fitted with an inserted light. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
