Description
A pair of cottages located in Porthleven, dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed from rubble stone with granite dressings, including lintels, and have slate sills. The roof is covered in scantle slate with brick end stacks. The cottages are designed as a mirror-image pair. The facade is symmetrical, featuring a four-window arrangement with doorways positioned to the left and right of the centre. The windows are twelve-pane hornless sashes with margin panes, likely dating to the mid-19th century, and the doors were replaced in the mid-20th century. The interior of the cottages has not been inspected.
