Description
No. 12 Chapel Terrace is a mid-19th century village house in a row. It is constructed with stucco over rubble, featuring a plinth, prominent panelled pilasters at each end, a moulded and carved band at mid-floor level, and moulded architraves. The roof is dry slate with projecting front eaves, and there are brick end stacks. The house has a double-depth plan and a symmetrical 3-window front, incorporating a blind central window above the doorway. It has late 19th century four-pane horned sash windows, and a 20th-century panelled front door. The interior has not been inspected, but is likely to be of interest.
