Small house. Circa early C19. Grouted rubble and rendered cob walls. Slurried scantle slate roof with brick sweeping lower at rear. Brick chimneys over the gable ends. Cast-iron ogee-section gutters. Plan: Double depth plan with 2 equal sized rooms at the front flanking a central cross passage leading to a stair between 2 rear service rooms within integral outshut. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2 window north-east front with central doorway. Original 4-panel door and original 16-pane hornless sashes. Interior: not inspected.
