GWENNAP SUNNY CORNER COTTAGES, Sunny Corner SW 74 SE 5/157 Cottage to middle of group - GV II Small house in row. Circa late C18. Textured render over rubble walls. Thatched roof with brick chimneys over gable ends shared with cottage left and small house right. Scantle slate roofed lean-to at rear. Plan of 2 equal rooms flanking central passage leading to central stair with 2 later narrow service rooms within single storey lean-to at rear. 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3-window south front with 4-pane horned sashes and central doorway with possibly original 4-panel door. Window opening over door is slightly to right and is probably a later insertion. Interior not inspected but said to be little altered.
