ZENNOR KERROWE SW 43 NE 4/310 House and adjoining outbuildings - at SW 45033773 GV II

House and adjoining outbuildings. Circa early C19. Painted granite rubble with granite dressings. Grouted scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends. Plan: double depth plan with 2 equal-sized rooms at the front with central cross passage probably leading to stair and rear service rooms within integral outshut. Later C19 single storey outbuilding adjoining at either end right-hand building probably originally a piggery, now a cartshed. Exterior: 2 storeys. House has symmetrical 2 window north west front with central doorway. C20 ledged door and circa early C20 4-pane 2-light casements. Interior: not inspected. Part of an unspoiled coastal hamlet set in the ancient field system of this part of Cornwall.
