Description

This building is a cartshed and stables, dating from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed from granite rubble with granite dressings. The structure has a rectangular plan featuring a pair of cartsheds, each accompanied by a stable on its right. The exterior is single storey, with two wide cartshed doorways located to the left and right of the center, each topped with segmental brick arches. In the center and at the extreme right, there are two stable doorways that have granite lintels. This building is part of an unspoiled coastal hamlet situated within the ancient field system of this area in Cornwall.
