Town house at end of row. Mid-19th century. Stucco to ground floor of front with mid floor band, incised end pilasters with key pattern and anthemion heads; Granite plinth and rubble with Granite dressings where stucco removed, otherwise rubble:asbestos slate hipped roof with projecting eaves and brick stacks. Double depth plan. Two storeys; symmetrical 3-window front, segmental brick arches over original 12-pane hornless sashes to first floor; horned copies to ground floor. Central 20th century, panelled door with original arched fanlight above. Interior; central hallway with straight staircase, principal chambers each with massive granite inglenook fireplace. The rear partition wall of the left-hand room has been removed to give direct access to the kitchen and utility. Part of the ground floor rear wall is constructed from cob. The flat roofed dormer extension to the rear first floor is modern. To the rear of the property is a single storey, lean- to constructed from cob.
