Town house. C18 or possibly earlier. Incised stucco on studwork to front; steep asbestos slate roof with slate verge on the left; brick stack on the right; moulded and modillion eaves cornice. Single-depth plan plus rear wing at right-angles. 3 storeys; 1-window range. Late C19 horned sashes: pair of 2-pane sashes over sash with margin panes within moulded architrave. Altered late C19 double shop front with end pilasters and fascia concealed by C20 fascia. INTERIOR: C18 open-well closed-string staircase with column-turned balusters and moulded hand-rail landing on square newels; C19 heavy moulded ceiling cornice to 1st-floor front chamber and late C19 chimneypiece with tiled iron grate and early C19 chimneypiece with corner blocks and roundels to chamber above. Roof structure not inspected but likely to be original.
