Description
No. 22 Wodehouse Terrace is a mid-19th century terraced house located in Falmouth. The exterior features incised stucco and an asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves, along with brick end stacks. The house has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with a three-window range. Ground-floor windows are adorned with hoods supported by consoles. The original windows are 12-pane hornless sashes, and there is a glazed box porch on the left, which includes a key pattern, a moulded entablature, and original sidelight returns, although the door has been replaced with a 20th-century top-glazed version. The interior has not been fully inspected, but it is noted to have an original staircase with a 20th-century balustrade.
