Description
No. 8 Kimberley Place is a detached house dating to circa 1840. The house is constructed of stucco over rubble, with an asbestos slate roof and brick end stacks. It follows a double-depth plan and presents a symmetrical three-window facade across two storeys. The windows are original 12-pane hornless sash windows. The central doorway features pilasters, consoles, a panelled fascia and a deep hood, and retains its original six-panel door. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to contain features of interest.
