Description
No. 18 Berkeley Vale is one of a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. The front is pebbledashed with a stuccoed outer frame and architraves. It has its original grouted scantle slate roof, a tall brick lateral stack at the rear left, and an end stack on the right. The house has a single-depth plan with rear extensions and stands two storeys high, featuring a nearly symmetrical three-window front. The original windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. The round-arched doorway has a mid-20th century door. The interior has not been inspected.
