Description
No. 7 Kimberley Place is a detached house built around 1840. It features a stucco exterior on a rubble base, with an asbestos slate hipped roof and a brick stack on the right side. The house has a double-depth plan and a rear wing, standing two storeys tall with a symmetrical three-window front. The original first-floor windows are 12-pane hornless sashes, while the ground floor has taller 6/9-pane sashes. The central doorway is pilastered and has consoles beneath a moulded hood, along with a tall overlight and an original six-panel door. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
