Description

12 Wodehouse Terrace is a small, mid-19th century terraced house in Falmouth. The exterior features incised stucco on a rubble base, an asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves, a rendered stack on the right-hand side, and cast-iron ogee gutters. The house has a double-depth plan and a two-window range. It retains original 12-pane hornless sash windows. A glazed box porch on the left-hand side has moulded pilasters, a pair of glazed doors, and sidelights with glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected, but is likely to be of interest.
