Description
No. 24 Godolphin Road is a mid-19th century town house that forms part of a row of similar buildings. It is constructed from stucco on a rubble base and features a mid-floor string course. The roof is covered with asbestos slate and has projecting eaves, with brick stacks at either end. The house has a double-depth plan and is two storeys high, displaying a regular two-window range. The original windows are hornless sashes with glazing bars. The doorway is located on the right side and includes an overlight, a 20th-century panelled door, and a fretted porch with a round arch. The interior has not been inspected.
