Description

No.16 Godolphin Road is a house built in the mid to late 18th century as part of a terrace. The front is constructed of dressed, coursed granite with timber lintels, and has a steep asbestos slate roof with brick end stacks. It has a shallow-depth plan and a symmetrical three-window facade. The upper floor contains six-pane horned sash windows, while the ground floor has wider eight-pane horizontal-sliding sashes and a central doorway with an early 20th-century four-panel door. The interior has not been inspected.
