Description
No. 30 Woodlane is a mid-19th century terraced house located in Falmouth. The exterior features textured stucco with quoin strips, a carved mid-floor band, and an egg-and-dart cornice beneath the projecting eaves. This band and cornice continue around the projecting bays. The roof is covered with asbestos slate and has two roof lights, with a hipped design on the right side. The house has a double-depth plan and is two storeys high, presenting a symmetrical three-bay front that includes a central doorway flanked by two-storey canted bays. The windows are late 19th-century horned sashes, and there is a pilastered porch with an elliptical-arched doorway and small flanking windows. The porch features a moulded cornice supported by paired coved brackets with pendants, and there is a 20th-century glazed inner door. The interior has not been inspected but may hold interest.
