Description

This is a mid-19th century terraced house located in Wodehouse Terrace, Falmouth. It is constructed of incised stucco over rubble, with an asbestos slate roof featuring projecting eaves and brick end stacks. The house has a double-depth plan and a symmetrical three-window facade. The front consists of two storeys. The original windows are hornless sashes with margin panes, although the central bay window is a later 19th-century addition with panelled pilasters, a moulded cornice, and horned sashes. A central porch, also with incised pilasters, a moulded entablature, and a projecting hood, shelters a 20th-century pair of glazed doors. The interior of the property has not been inspected, but is likely to contain features of interest.
