Description

Cosy Nook is a small house, likely dating from the 18th century. It has a very thick wheat reed thatched roof. The plan probably consists of two rooms at the front, flanking a central entrance lobby or cross passage, although the rear has not been inspected. The exterior presents a symmetrical two-window front with a central doorway. The doorway has a 20th-century door, and the windows are also 20th-century replacements set within the original openings. The interior has not been inspected. This building demonstrates group value from the period.
