Description

Trefusia is a small house dating from around the middle of the 19th century. It is constructed of coursed killas stone with granite dressings, and has an asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys on the gable ends. The house likely has a double-depth plan, comprising two rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall, leading to a stair hall between smaller rear service rooms. A small 20th-century extension is located on the right-hand side. The two-storey front is symmetrical, with two windows and a central doorway. The original door and windows remain in their original openings, each spanned by a segmental brick arch. The panelled front door features tall panels, and the windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. The interior was not inspected.
